  • Not as great as they used to be

    I have been a loyal Zappos customer for quite a few years now, and until recently have been thrilled with their service. However, since they were sold to Amazon, their customer service has been not up to par. Previously I would receive next day delivery routinely, and was designated a "VIP" customer due to my volume of purchases guaranteeing next day service.   • Missing Purshase

    I sent a money order about two weeeks ago, for a handbag purshase, I'am a loyal customer and I spoke to someone prior to sending my money order, who told me that it would be fine.   • Best company to order from!

    I have been ordering shoes from this great site for 2 years. You will not get better service from anyone. They pay the shipping, which is wonderful, most of the time you get your shoes the next day. I order several pairs at a time. It's like going to a great shoe store. Wonderful, wonderful company.   • customer service Slow response from customer service

    I have purchased several pair of shoes over the past year from Zappos and their service has been very good. However, about 4 months ago, I returned a pair of shoes and received a "store credit." So far, so good. Today I wanted to use that store credit to buy another pair of shoes. However, there is no clear way on their website in which to apply your existing credit. I can see the credit when I look at my profile, but when you go to check out, there is no option for "use existing store credit."
